Slitting and rewinding

Strong of our experience, we are today able to propose different technical slitting solutions to our customers.

Mastery of the slitting processes

• The slitting of small-width rolls (up to 2.5 mm on 38 and 76 mm chucks).
  
  
• The slitting on rewinding of any king of material in rolls of 15 to 2000 mm width on 38, 76, 152mm chucks with diameters up to 800mm.
  
  
• Two up-to-date lines permit to ensure the slitting into standard width rolls for large-scale retailing: 19, 25, 38, 50, and 75mm on 38 et 76mm chucks.
  
  

Our lastest acquisition, unique because of its high productivity, is entirely automated from set up to the final packaging of the rolls.
